We met Kyle on a high mountain road overlooking the White River National Forest where he demonstrated the Topo Knife and his excellent culinary skills! We enjoyed ‘crunch wraps’ AND received the amazingly BEAUTIFUL and well made Topo Knife! It fits my hand perfectly and is well balanced making this knife easy to use without tiring after a lot of prep. The Abalone’s beautiful colors remind us of the beautiful green of the scotch pine and spruce, the blue of the river and dusk sky, and mountain wildflowers.
This is an heirloom quality knife we treasure.

We have really been enjoying our Topo Knife! Not only is it GORGEOUS, but it is super sharp! I can get the thinnest, most even slices of beef with this knife. I can't wait until more models are available - I'll buy the entire set!
I own some really expensive chef knives 1k plus. But by far this is my favorite. I Love the balance and the feel of the knife. It came very sharp and the edge has really held up with minimal sharpening needed. If you really need to cut fine thin vegetables this knife can do it. It really is a multi-tool knife.
